Danielle Dorris
Danielle serves as the Manager of Data for Nashville Teacher Residency. As the Manager of Data, Danielle creates and implements data systems and processes alongside the NTR team that lead to the continuous improvement of our program and organization in pursuit of NTR’s mission and vision.
Danielle began her career as a Teach for America Corps member in Nashville, where she taught high school English for several years. After her time in the classroom, Danielle worked as the Associate Director of Human Capital for a charter network in Antioch, leading staff recruitment, certification, and human resources efforts. She is passionate about efforts to expand access to teacher pathways and licensure opportunities.
Danielle holds a Bachelor’s in English Literature from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, with a concentration in Secondary English Education.
