Holly Tilden
As a Senior Advisor, Holly supports the NTR team in a variety of ways. Holly works directly with the Leadership Team to ensure a smooth transition from her leadership, provides coaching and support, and leads Resident learning in the Lead Teaching class sequence. Previously, Holly served as the organization's Executive Director and was instrumental in transitioning the organization from its founding stage. She has worked at NTR since its founding in 2016. Before joining NTR, Holly spent six years teaching mathematics and two as an assistant principal. She helped ensure that teachers and students had the necessary resources to achieve excellent student outcomes. Holly began her teaching career in 2008 in rural North Carolina as a Teach For America corps member and is a graduate of Georgetown University.
